Anthousa is located just 3 kilometers away from Parga. It is built in a green environment with rich nature and many waters. In the village there are taverns with very good food, cafes, mini market, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. The view from the village is amazing while the area of the traditional water mills offers cool moments during the summer.

In Anthousa, a prominent hill hosts the castle of Anthousa. It was built in 1814 by Ali Pasha of Ioannina in order to control the unruly Parga from there. The architect of the castle was the Italian Don Santo di Monteleone.

300 meters from the center of Anthousa is the waterfall. The waters create a beautiful landscape just above the old water mills.
